Job summary

Gas N Wash is hiring a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and upgrades, and drive revenue while delivering great service.

You will meet monthly sales targets, work outdoors in all weather, and learn the car wash operations, safety handling of chemicals, and basic computer tasks. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnel.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness including landscaping.
• Learn processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.
