Job summary
Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and upsell services, gifts cards, and add-ons. You’ll educate customers on wash packages, meet monthly targets, and contribute to a smooth outdoor operation with excellent service.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, a friendly, energetic personality, and willingness to work weekends and in all weather.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Open availability including weekends.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and promote unlimited wash memberships.
- Sell gifts cards and service upgrades.
- Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong service.
- Assist with light operational tasks for smooth customer experience.
- Direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and basic landscaping.
- Handle chemicals safely and use basic computer skills.
