Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to engage customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and upsell services. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and support daily operations in an outdoor work environment.

The role requires 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and weekend availability. Competitive hourly pay starts at $18 with uncapped commission, paid training, and perks like free car washes and gas discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, retail, or customer service (car wash or automotive a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player with genuine customer focus.
• Open availability including weekends required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons to drive value.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
