Job summary

Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades, and educate on wash packages. You’ll aim to meet monthly sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service in outdoor conditions.

You’ll join a friendly team, receive paid training, and earn competitive hourly pay starting at $18 with uncapped commission. Enjoy free unlimited car washes and a discount on gas as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnel ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.
