Circle K Stores Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations when the Site Manager is unavailable, supervise staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for ordering and stocking vending, training new hires, managing opening/closing checklists, and coordinating with the Site Manager on monthly team meetings. The role requires retail and supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies.
• Train new hires.
• Lead opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create effective schedules.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation.
• Clean vacuum system as needed.
• Support Site Manager at monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
