Job summary

LUV Car Wash seeks a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward in Cotati, CA. The GM will lead operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, hospitality/restaurant background preferred, and a focus on safety, onboarding, and performance coaching. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years management experience required.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality is highly preferred; car wash or automotive industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s procedures.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and training processes for all new teammates.
• Provide ongoing development, coaching and counseling to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Partner with District Manager to drive local volume and sales through outreach and marketing.
• Partner with District Manager on budget planning and forecasting.
• Manage incoming inquiries and follow-up in a timely, pleasant manner.
• Review payroll information and submit commissions on time.
• Complete all checklists to standard and deadlines.
• Ensure teammates use prescribed scripts and procedures.
• Maintain safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Build memberships through superior customer service.
• Create weekly site schedule and manage labor to standards.
• Inspect site regularly to ensure safe, efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues with District Manager to achieve positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with Facilities for maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
