Job summary

Sam's Club in Tempe, AZ is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service Associate. You will educate members on Membership options, help with purchases, resolve issues, and promote Walmart products and services.

You will maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash areas, manage pricing signage, stock merchandise, and process transactions using cash registers. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering great customer experiences while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and promote value of Sams Club products and services
• Provides CustomerMember service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area and ensuring accurate pricing signage
• Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandises/supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers and organizes the facility following procedures, using equipment, merchandising and completing required paperwork/logs
