Responsibilities

• Explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions and renewals.
• Provide Member service by identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products while keeping a safe environment.
• Maintain car wash/gas station area; clean, organize, and ensure accurate pricing signage.
• Maintain gas station/car wash area per policy; handle claims/returns, organize merchandise and supplies, identify shrink, ensure safety.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies; organize facility; follow procedures; use equipment; maintain logs and documentation.
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process purchases for various payment types and items.
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment and serve customers per policy.
• Deliver results while putting the customer first.
• Make decisions based on reliable information while balancing priorities.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement, curiosity, and resilience.
• Drive continuous improvements and adopt new technologies; support others through change.
