Responsibilities

• Explain Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and renewals.
• Provide CustomerMember service by addressing needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues while promoting products and services.
• Maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area and pricing signage; keep area clean and organized.
• Operate Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and handle claims and returns following policy.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and organize documentation and logs.
• Process customer purchases at cash registers and handle different payment types.
• Adhere to safety, integrity, and teamwork standards to maintain a respectful workplace.
