• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and renewals.
• Provides customer service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving customer issues while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas, including car wash and gas station sections, with accurate pricing signage.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies, following procedures and documentation requirements.
• Operates cash registers and processes purchases with different payment types.
• Operates and maintains gas station and car wash area equipment and provides services to customers.
