Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication with Members and guests
• Ability to assist with purchasing decisions and promote products
• Knowledge of store layout, pricing signage and promotions
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate registers

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with membership types and benefits and explain program options
• Provide genuine CustomerMember service, resolve issues, and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gas station and car wash areas
• Stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and ensure paperwork is complete
• Operate cash registers and process purchases for different payment types
• Support a safe, organized work environment and adhere to company policies
