Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is hiring a Customer Service Associate to educate customers about member benefits, safety features, and the smooth operation of our car wash. You will contribute to a high-energy team environment with a strong emphasis on service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Display courteous, customer service focus and professional attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Greet customers, review and educate on services, and assist with payment.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and operating procedures for efficient automated car wash.
• Direct drivers into entrances and guides onto tracks, and perform periodic equipment maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles before wash and provide assistance throughout the process.
• Keep the facility clean and organized and help customers with any area of the car wash process.
