WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service, engage customers, and perform daily operational tasks while maintaining a clean, welcoming site. The role involves learning all car wash operations and following standard procedures.

You will educate customers on options, assist with selecting wash packages, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Enjoys collaborating with teammates to achieve results.
• Willing to take on new daily challenges with enthusiasm.
• Comfortable outdoors in varied weather and fast-paced settings.
• Able to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment for leadership development.

• Provide top-notch customer service by educating customers and selling memberships and wash packages.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel in a safe, friendly manner.

• Learn opening and closing procedures and perform wash quality checks.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
