Splash In ECO Car Wash – A division of The Wills Group is seeking a Tunnel Car Wash Bench Manager to lead daily operations across locations and help build strong teams. You’ll deliver outstanding guest service and support the transition to a future Tunnel Manager, growing with the company.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, handle safety and policy compliance, and work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with weekends and holidays required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree bonus.
• 2–3 years of combined managerial experience in car wash, retail, hospitality, and/or sales; at least 1 year of car wash operations experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with tech: POS systems, back-office tools, and general computer savvy.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; outdoor work in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Roll up your sleeves and dive into daily operations alongside our Tunnel Managers—customer service, memberships, and site upkeep.
• Step up as Acting Tunnel Car Wash Manager when needed, bringing consistency and energy to locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment hiccups and help ensure the wash runs smoothly.
• Help scout, hire, and develop team members who are proud of their work.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; handle customer concerns with patience.
• Support financial performance and identify growth opportunities; learn to manage a P&L.
• Assist with admin tasks, reports, and business systems to set you up for future leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree = bonus points).
• 2–3 years of combined managerial experience in car wash, retail, hospitality, and/or sales; at least 1 year of car wash operations experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with tech: POS systems, back-office tools, and general computer savvy.
• A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bonus skills: basic mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or car wash equipment knowledge.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Lift, move, and stock materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Be active throughout your shift—cleaning, checking equipment, keeping our tunnels running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, even in louder environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors in any season.

Your Schedule & Travel

• Flexibility is key—nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Stay connected via company phone to support real-time needs.
• Be ready to travel to other locations or our HQ for training—don’t worry, we’ll take care of accommodations when needed.
