El Car Wash in Florida is hiring a Car Wash Associate to set the tone as customers arrive, delivering energy, attention to detail, and a team mindset that turns a quick stop into a standout visit.

As a frontline team member, you’ll keep the lot clean, greet guests, explain the experience, and collaborate with Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep operations running smoothly. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance — you show up on time, ready to go, every shift
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather on your feet for the full shift
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality
• Clear, warm communicator — you connect and make others feel welcome
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus — we'll train the right attitude
