Wallis Companies is seeking a BriteWorX Assistant Manager to support the BriteWorX Manager in running the car wash, ensuring quality service and a clean, safe facility. You will engage customers with promotions, handle cash and inventory, and supervise staff alongside BriteWorX Associates.

You’ll work an irregular schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on excellent customer experience and operational efficiency. The role involves outdoor work and maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: At least 6 months of experience in retail, car wash or related field.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Skills: Customer service focus and ability to lead others.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the car wash to meet sales and profit goals.
• Monitor equipment, cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality.
• Complete deposits and paperwork promptly.
• Maintain and track inventories.
• Promote wash promotions and engage customers in sales.
• Address customer concerns and manage complaints.
• Maintain regular attendance and safety practices.
• Operate outside, cover shifts as needed.
