Circle K Stores Inc. in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations at Store 2709579. You will oversee staffing, inventory, customer service, and safety protocols in a busy outdoor car wash environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 6 months to 1 year retail and management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending.
• Train new hires and supervise opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Train on Fast Pass sales techniques and respond to voicemails/emails promptly.
• Create effective work schedules and supervise PM tasks.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and maintenance.
• Lead monthly team meetings and oversee on-site supervisor courses.
• Monitor team performance and identify training needs.
• Prepare daily breakdowns and reports.
