Summit Wash Holdings in Shelton, CT seeks a dynamic supervisor to lead a team of Advisors, Operators and Attendants at Russell Speeders Car Wash. You will drive guest service, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and readiness to work 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Car wash industry experience is preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees not meeting our standards
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
