Job summary

Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily car wash operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences every day.

You’ll drive membership sales, coach staff, manage opening-to-closing procedures, and collaborate with maintenance to keep the wash running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering memorable service.
• Strong people skills—motivate, coach, and build a positive team culture.
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet monthly targets.
• Team player with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn car wash equipment operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel for training and development.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
