Car Spa, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Car Wash First Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure customers leave happy, and keep vehicles spotless while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers opportunities to grow with a growing company in Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Position Overview

As a Car Wash First Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
