Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons and upsell where appropriate.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel and support operations.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the car wash and landscaping.
• Learn to handle chemicals safely and maintain basic computer skills.
