Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, New Jersey, is seeking a Manager, CAR-T Warehouse Operations to lead the CAR T material handling and warehousing across multiple locations and shifts. You will supervise inbound receipt, storage, and distribution, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety, training, and process improvements within a validated warehouse system.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehousing and people management in a cGMP environment and offers a structured, collaborative work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management or related fields.
5-7 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain within cGMP environment.
3 years direct supervisor/personnel management experience.
Strong understanding of cell culture, purification, and aseptic processing or lab technique.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily inbound movement, receipt and storage within CAR T supply chain.
Maintain shipping, receiving, staging and storage areas that are compliant, efficient, effective and safe.
Engage in various groups to manage and expedite receipt along with ensuring appropriate sampling / inspection of incoming materials.
Manage the creation, implementation and compliance for all documentation, procedures and policies.
Lead and manage the development of corrective and preventative actions, deviation responses and investigations for warehouse operations.
