Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Material Handler for the CAR-T warehouse operations in Summit, NJ. The role supports inventory control, material receipt, and kit production in a controlled environment, following GDPs and CCPs.

You will work a Sunday-Wednesday onsite night shift and participate in safety inspections while handling sterile kit components and raw materials in ISO 8 environments. Enjoy comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years manufacturing/operations if using Associate/Medical Tech degree.
• 2-4 years manufacturing/operations with High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control including cycle counts and replenishment.
• Support material expiry, segregation, and material condition.
• Maintain materials in production dispensary.
• Ensure on-time logistics according to production schedule.
• Record material handling data per GDPs and in ERP.
• Receive incoming materials and coordinate with QC.
• Prioritize kit production to meet demand.
• Conduct material transactions and generate reports.
• Support cleanroom processes and PPE protocols.
• Report safety incidents and participate in daily safety inspections.
• Work in a cross-functional warehousing team.
• Able to work with blood-derived components.
• OT availability and staggered shifts.
