Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Material Handler for CAR-T Warehouse Operations in Summit West, NJ. The role supports CAR-T production by managing material needs and ensuring compliance with SOPs in controlled environments under supervision of Warehousing Operations Management.

Responsibilities include inventory control, material expiry management, and ensuring on-time logistics per the production schedule. Flexibility to work OT and across NJ sites is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• General understanding of cGMPs.
• Technical writing capability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Inventory control/management experience.
• Background in biology/chemistry/medical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory control: cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping.
• Manages material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintains material condition requirements.
• Quantifies and maintains materials in production dispensary.
• Receives incoming raw materials and prepares final product shipments.
• Maintains timing according to production schedule for on-time logistics.
• Records material handling data clearly and concisely per GDPs.
• Works in a cross-functional team to complete warehousing tasks.
• Able to work with blood-derived components.
• Other duties as assigned; overtime as needed.
• Flexible to work across Summit and Warren NJ sites.
