Job summary

City of Hope is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate cellular therapy transplant activities. You will oversee pre-transplant evaluations, mobilization, and donor work-ups, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources and adherence to protocol.

The role emphasizes patient education, coordination of care, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. As the authorized representative for CAR-T programs, you will manage REMS training, maintain documentation, and support program development.

Qualifications

• 3 years stem cell transplant experience (allogeneic/autologous/CAR-T).
• AZ Registered Nurse License or license from a Compact State.
• BLS certification required upon hire; renew every two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation and pre-transplant work-up to optimize resources.
• Schedule and coordinate autologous donor work-ups, stem cell collection, and transplant-related activities.
• Educate patients about processes, post-transplant care and disease management.
• Maintain REMS compliance as authorized representative for CAR-T manufacturer; ensure staff training and audits.
• Lead or participate in team conferences and rounds related to transplant care and program issues.
• Maintain clinical database and collaborate with financial coordination for authorizations.
