Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manufacturing Lead CAR-T for our Raritan, NJ site. You will lead a production unit in a sterile cGMP environment, overseeing Day 0 to Day 10 operations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet clinical and commercial demands.

The role requires 3+ years in CAR‑T or related manufacturing, aseptic techniques, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and enterprise systems. This is a 1st shift position with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CAR‑T Operations or equivalent Manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Experience in Aseptic Manufacturing & Aseptic Techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to gown into Clean Room Attire for shop floor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specific Processing Manufacturing Unit within CART process operations (Day 0, Day 10, etc.).
• Lead daily shift operations meetings and assign production tasks.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safety, quality and cGMP compliance.
• Support investigations and changes as SME for the process area.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless production execution.
