Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years of oncology experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care to patients per the nursing scope and patient age.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes based on evidence and standards.
• Develops discharge/transfer plans and participates in program evaluation and quality improvement.
