Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is hiring a CAR T-cell Therapy Coordinator at the Memorial Hermann TMC location. The role requires a BSN and 5+ years of RN Oncology experience. Shifts are 4/10s with no on-call rotation.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver nursing care, perform assessments, support treatment delivery, educate patients, and maintain medical records. Experience in oncology and coordinating complex care is essential.

Qualifications

BSN required; 5+ years RN Oncology experience.
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
Current Texas RN license; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care to patients according to the nursing skills inventory and the patient age and needs.
Coordinates the planning for the delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and administers appropriate clinical decisions.
Collaborates with, directs, and may delegate to the healthcare team to attain outcomes based on data and standards.
Coordinates treatment plans; develops discharge and transfer plans.
Participates in program evaluation, process improvement, and outcomes measurement.
