Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is hiring a CAR T-cell Therapy Coordinator at the Memorial Hermann TMC location. The ideal candidate holds a BSN with 5+ years of RN Oncology experience and is eligible for Texas licensure. The position offers 4/10 hour shifts with no on-call rotation.

The coordinator will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered nursing care, manage assessments, education, and medical records, and support program development within MHHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Current State of Texas license; Basic Life Support; additional certifications may be required based on discipline and unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care to patients.
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
• Develops discharge and transfer plans; contributes to program evaluation and improvement.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and MHHS policies.
