Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is hiring a CAR T-cell Therapy Coordinator at the Memorial Hermann TMC location. Must have a BSN and 5+ years of RN Oncology experience. Shifts are 4/10s with no on-call rotation.

The role involves coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, conducting nursing assessments, and maintaining patient records across the care continuum. Educational requirements include an accredited nursing program with a BSN preferred and active Texas RN licensure (or compact license)

Qualifications

• RN with Texas license (or temporary/compact license) to practice professional nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 5+ years of RN Oncology experience; level criteria (I–IV)
• BSN preferred or higher education in nursing

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients using the nursing process and assesses patient needs
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Develops and implements discharge and transfer plans
• Participates in program evaluation, process improvement and quality initiatives
• Adheres to Memorial Hermann policies, procedures and standards and maintains patient safety
