Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales/marketing/commercial experience, 5+ in Hematology/Oncology.
• Key account management in large, complex accounts.
• Customer service oriented with quick follow-up.
• Partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentations.
• Understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
• Develop customized site-specific account plans coordinating resource deployment.
• Serve as main contact for designated accounts and coordinate cross-functional interface.
• Navigate complex account environments and address stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refer appropriate patients to treatment centers.
• Maintain and develop disease and product knowledge.
• Provide timely feedback on account trends and opportunities to cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies governing cell therapy activities.
• Travel within territory by automobile and occasional air travel.
