Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, marketing, and/or commercial roles.
• 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
• Strong account management and stakeholder engagement.
• Customer service oriented with reliable follow-up.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across a broad set of stakeholders within assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
• Develop customized site-specific account plans coordinating deployment of resources to meet customer needs and deliver differentiated customer experience.
• Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline interface between account stakeholders and field teams.
• Navigate complex account environments and address needs of stakeholders at all levels with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refer appropriate patients to treatment centers.
• Maintain and develop disease- and product-specific knowledge continuously.
