DARCARS Prince George's County is hiring a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver outstanding customer service, and strive to meet sales objectives, engaging with customers in person and online.

As a non-supervisory, commission-based role, you’ll collaborate with Sales Consultants, Managers, and Finance, while maintaining product knowledge and brand standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Strong communication with customers and DARCARS employees.
• Bilingual a plus: Spanish and Chinese.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Comfortable using video tools to assist customers.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand/walk/bend and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

• Follows test drive procedures and collects required identifications.
• Quotes sales price and works with the finance team to obtain financing.

• Develops and maintains future prospect and customer follow-up system.
• Participates in brand and DARCARS training and uses online selling tools.
• May use video tools to assist customers virtually in the car buying process.
