DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver outstanding customer service, and help us achieve our sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will engage with customers in person and virtually, collaborate with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and the General Manager, and be a valued team player in a commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Spanish and Chinese language abilities are a plus.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with video tools to assist customers.
• Ability to read and follow policies and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sells new and used vehicles and meets sales objectives.
• Delivers outstanding customer service in person or virtually.
• Works with Sales Consultants, Managers, and Finance to close deals.
• Completes all required paperwork and coordinates delivery/registration.
