Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and close deals.
• Use CRM and equity mining tools to uncover leads and finance options.
• Follow up with customers to nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure financing for customers.
