Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to drive new and used vehicle sales across a broad portfolio. You will leverage CRM tools, lender relationships, and a national inventory to match customers with the perfect vehicle while meeting profitability and customer-satisfaction targets.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, customer focus, and the ability to build a robust book of business. Training and commission-based earning potential are available to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit.
• Meet customer satisfaction and sales volume standards.
• Build a book of customers and follow up to close deals.
• Partner with lenders to secure financing for customers.
