You will greet shoppers, understand their needs, demonstrate features, and guide them through the buying process in a team-based, growth-minded dealership. Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to understand needs.
• Match customers with vehicles and demonstrate features.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-ins.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
