Job summary

Timbrook Automotive is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to join our Cumberland, MD team. You will assist customers from initial contact through delivery, presenting vehicles, test-driving, and explaining financing options for a smooth, transparent buying experience.

Maintain CRM records, meet sales goals, and collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Management to ensure outstanding customer service and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn automotive products and sales processes.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs and budget.
• Present new and used vehicles and demonstrate features.
• Conduct test drives following safety procedures.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs.
• Maintain CRM and update sales activity accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Management.
