Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Certification Center at 10144 Page Ave, St. Louis, MO 63132. The role performs car repair and preventive maintenance with a focus on customer needs and quality standards.

Pay starts at $19 per hour, with ASEs adding up to $1 per hour per extra certification (up to 4 total). Schedule options available. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with match and profit sharing, and training for ASE testing.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an automotive repair shop.
• Must have at least 1 current and valid ASE certification (A1-A8).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no related convictions.
• Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance and repair responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes and fluids.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) per manufacturer specs.
• Repair and replace tires and wearable parts (bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain repair history with Repair Orders and parts used.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are followed.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good condition.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at our Certification Center at 10144 Page Ave. St. Louis, MO 63132. The Maintenance Technician performs car repair and preventive maintenance according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The pay for this position starts at $19 / hour. In addition, ASEs beyond the required minimum of 1 will increase pay by $1 / hour (up to 4 total).

Maintenance Technician Benefits

• $500 sign-on bonus
• $250 sign-on tool/boot stipend paid upon hire
• $200 tool/boot stipend paid every six months
• $1 / hour for Safety and Emissions license
• Company provided training to prepair for ASE testing
• ASE Certification testing reimbursement (upon passing)

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Perform other related duties as required.
