Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the SeaTac Service Center to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs across multiple vehicle lines. You will ensure vehicle readiness, maintain safety standards, and document service activity.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive experience or be enrolled in auto tech program.
• Valid driver's license with minimal at-fault incidents in 3 years.
• Ability to read/understand English and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections (tires, brakes, fluids).
• Provide preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter, tire rotation) per specs.
• Repair and replace tires and wear parts; document repairs.
• Maintain repair history and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support activities on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines. This role supports vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to established maintenance and safety standards.

The pay for this position starts at $22.65 / hour with individuals in this position making between $22.65 and $26 / hour.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and replace tires.
• Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil, moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
