Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Appleton, WI service center to perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with policy. The start pay is $19 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for ASE certifications (up to 4).

Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement with 401k matching, and training opportunities. Schedule varies with four on-site days; Sunday to Tuesday off, and midweek hours 7:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience is preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or G.E.D is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Repair and replace tires.
• Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services.
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs.
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
