Lloyd Motor Group’s Lloyd MINI retailer in Carlisle is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves guiding customers through the buying process, arranging test drives and presenting finance options within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and be IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web)

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' buying strategy and promote product experiences through test drives
• Advise on price and finance options within company guidelines
• Follow up deliveries with a personal call to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
• Plan daily sales activity and prospect new business by phone or enquiry channels
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Participate in training to support business aims
