Webuyanycar UK is seeking a Sales Executive to join our branch and drive customer service excellence. You will act as the principal contact for customers, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure smooth branch operations.

We expect a target-driven, customer-focused professional with strong communication and IT skills, capable of working independently while building lasting client relationships. Weekend work is involved and a comprehensive bonus scheme is offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
