Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Lot Attendant in Warr Acres, OK to help control the flow of cars, manage inventory, log new arrivals, and update fleet status in the computer system.

You will merchandise the lot, ensure vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, assist with dealer trades, shuttle cars to vendors, and support fuel logs and reports for the Location Manager. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• At least 20 years old.
• Flexible scheduling which may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of cars, inventory management checking and logging in new arrivals and enter correct status in the fleet computer system.
• Merchandise the lot, ensure vehicles are front line ready and have correct pricing stickers, buyers guide and frame plates; park and align cars and maintain a presentable sales lot.
• Manage the back-overflow lot, shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades and pick up customers when needed.
• Maintain fuel log and other reports requested by Location Manager; file reports as needed.
