Job summary

DARCARS Honda of Bowie is seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers in person and virtually to achieve sales objectives.

This non-supervisory, commission-based role emphasizes team collaboration with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager to deliver a seamless car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and DARCARS employees.
• Spanish and Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Customer service mindset and ability to follow process.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles and meet sales objectives.
• Engage with customers in person and virtually; work with Sales Consultants, Managers, Finance, and GM.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes; assist with financing when needed.
• Complete paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
