Job summary

DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking a Car Sales Representative to join the team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and work with Sales Consultants, Finance, and the General Manager. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based role.

You may engage with customers in person and virtually, and the role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Multilingual ability (Spanish and Chinese) is a plus.
• Commitment to customer service is essential.
• Comfortable using video tools to assist customers.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles and meet sales objectives.
• Interact with customers in person and virtually with Sales Consultants/Managers.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and discuss options.
• Coordinate with finance to obtain financing when needed.
• Complete paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of brands, products, pricing, and options.
