DARCARS of Prince George's County is hiring a Car Sales Representative to join our team in Lanham, MD. You will sell new and used vehicles, provide exceptional customer service, and help customers throughout the car-buying process both in person and online.

You will collaborate with Sales Consultants, Managers, and the Finance team, following our established sales approach. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based role with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Spanish and Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Comfortable using video tools to assist customers.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and policy documents.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsabilités

• Sell new and used vehicles and meet sales objectives.
• Interact with customers in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and General Manager.
• Follow the company selling approach and assist with demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Support financing processes with the finance team when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with prospects.
