Job summary

DARCARS of Rockville is seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver outstanding customer service, and strive to meet sales targets through in-person and virtual interactions.

In this non-supervisory, commission-based role, you will collaborate with Sales Consultants, Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager. We value communication, a team mindset, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn policies and use video tools to assist customers.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles and meet sales objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Managers, Finance, and GM.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives per procedures.
• Prepare paperwork and arrange delivery/registration.
• Maintain knowledge of brands, pricing, and options.
• Use video tools to assist customers in car buying process.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in training.
