Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Car Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process with exceptional customer service. You will support lot operations, omni-channel sales, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining strong CRM outputs and pursuing sales targets.

You will assist with finance processing, vehicle photography, and delivering cars to partner hubs, while keeping the lot organized and vehicles checked in, contributing to high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and car sales experience.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Sales license may be required for multiple states listed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM outputs and clean paperwork; recover missing documents.
• Support lot operations, merchandising, and omni-channel sales; assist with vehicle photography and delivery to partner hubs.
