Job summary

Regal Car Sales and Credit in OKC is hiring a Customer Sales Representative to help guide customers from initial inquiry through vehicle purchase. You’ll work with a team to deliver a friendly, no-pressure buying experience and build lasting relationships in our Buy Here Pay Here network.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission, with training provided. A valid driver’s license and a customer-focused attitude are essential as you manage leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to close

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.
• Willing to work a 40-hour workweek.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience.
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Helping customers through the application and qualification process.
• Explaining requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal.
• Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Responding to online leads and customer inquiries.
• Scheduling customer appointments.
• Following up with prospective customers.
• Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM.
• Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Working with teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
